Be in an Audience

Catchphrase

Ever wanted to be in a TV audience? Then here are some ways to get your hands on tickets:-

Method 1: Apply Directly

Many tickets for shows are handed out by individual vendors. Here's a few you should try:

www.sroaudiences.com - Loads of shows for all stations including Carrie & Barry and Graham Norton

www.aplausestore.com - Wide range of shows on all stations including Q.I.

www.clappers-tickets.co.uk - Shows including My Hero and Des and Mel - Mainly at Teddington Studios

www.

intv.com - A range of shows

(It's worth joining the mailing list for Standing Room Only and Lost In TV at: www.sroaudiences.com and/or www.lostintv.com as new shows are offered to the mailing list before they appear on the websites)

Some TV companies dish out tickets directly, for example these people:

www.hattrick.com - For all Hattrick (they made some sitcom about priests or something) shows including The Kumars at no 42

www.tvrecordings.com - Avaoln produced shows at Teddington including Harry Hills's TV Burp and Frank Skinner

www.bbc.co.uk/whatson/tickets/ - BBC TV and Radio tickets from here including My Family

www.tickets.granadamedia.com - A range of ITV shows - Mainly at The London studios

Method 2: Register with your local studio

If the studio near you makes some great shows, try and join their audience database. My local studio was Carlton Studios in Nottingham so I joined with them. They were local and made some great shows. If you want to join your local studio database, give them a ring, and they'll sort the rest out for you.

Method 3: Obvious but it happens, listen to the show

Some shows such as It's Been A Bad Week give details on how to get tickets at the end of the show, usually during the end or after the credits.
